In fact, the laser welding cleaning and cutting machine is a handheld laser welding machine

evolved into a 3-in-1 machine.The purpose of cleaning is achieved by changing the focusing mode

 by replacing the focusing lens of the laser welding head,The laser head remains unchanged, just

disassemble the first half of the welding head,change welding focus lens to clean focus lens.

The control system exchange clean mode via welding system touch panel. as shown in the picture,

How to replace the welding focus lens to cleaning focus lens
Remove the first half of the laser welding head,

Next and use clean masking glue to seal the port of the welding head protection lens to prevent dust from

entering the laser head,next, laser red light is required calibration to centre area of the cleaning head.

How to replace the welding brass nozzle to cutting nozzle

Just change welding brass nozzle to cutting nozzle simply,but the laser beam spot light also calibrate to centre

area of cutting nozzle, it's same process like cleaning laser beam spot light calibration.

Reminder: If the red light does not correct the central area, it is easy to cause the protective

lens or the focus lens to burn out.
